Similar to many parts of equipment we used the Mac for a prop as well as for the recording it linked up to another prop/recording equipment the microphone the blue yeti which was discussed in another post. The mac also suits the stereotype of a interview as this is often seen in actual interviews and crime drama interviews. This was good for us as we had a mac available and worked easily as a device to process and store the voice in a digital format.
